- Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel 7 to 14 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in. You can also cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as check-in is at least 7 days away.

- Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, you pay for any nights already stayed plus the next 30 nights after you cancel (or all remaining nights, if fewer), and the rest is refunded.

- After Alex confirms your dates, you’ll receive a PayPal invoice by email. You can pay with a card or your PayPal account, and your stay is booked once it’s paid.
