Cancellation: stays under 28 nights

Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel 7 to 14 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in. You can also cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as check-in is at least 7 days away.

Cancellation: stays of 28 nights or more

Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, you pay for any nights already stayed plus the next 30 nights after you cancel (or all remaining nights, if fewer), and the rest is refunded.

Payment

After Alex confirms your dates, you’ll receive a PayPal invoice by email. You can pay with a card or your PayPal account, and your stay is booked once it’s paid.
